Mr. and Mrs. James H. Cooper Jr. of Farmville, formerly of Kinston, announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth C. Cooper, to Gary S. Hamm of Snow Hill, son of Pearline H. Hamm of Tarboro and the late James Hamm. A March 1 wedding is planned for St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Kinston.
