CWO and Mrs. Jack Augusta Fowler II of Morehead City announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica LeeAnn Fowler, to Joshua Perry Brewer of Smithfield, son of Lona Gail Brewer of Winterville and the late Gerald Perry Brewer. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Glenn Rodney Nantz of Lumberton, and Jack Augusta Fowler of Southern Pines and the late Dorothy Brown Fowler. The groom-to-be is the grandson of Lona Sanderson Miller of Pink Hill. A Sept. 21 wedding will be held at All Saints Anglican Church in Newport.
