Donna Mann of Kinston announces the engagement of her daughter, Rebecca Jane Mann, to David Blake Hardy, son of Todd Hardy and Missy Hardy, all of Kinston. The bride-to-be also is the daughter of the late Terry Mann. A Nov. 2 wedding will be held at Rivermont Baptist Church in Kinston.
