Danny and Myra Smith of Kinston, and Allen and Shelia Potter of Wallace announce the engagement of their daughter, Kayla Alene Potter of Kinston, to Brian Steven Smith of Raleigh, son of Lynn and Connie Smith of Kinston. An Oct. 26 wedding will be held at First Baptist Church in Kinston.
