David and Carol Stallings of Ernul announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Stallings, to Jason Rouse, also of Ernul, son of John and Debbi Rouse of Jacksonville, and Dan and Kathy New of Dover. A September wedding will be held in New Bern.
