Michael and Teresa Davis of Kinston announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Ann Smith, to Jonathan Daniel Manning, son of Michael and Cindy Manning of Grifton. The bride-to-be is also the daughter of the late Charlie Smith Jr. of Kinston. A March 16 wedding will be held at Grifton Free Will Baptist Church.
