Mr. and Mrs. David Linwood Shaw Jr. of Elizabethtown announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather York Shaw of Raleigh, to Rudolph Ivey Mintz III, son of Dr. and Mrs. Rudolph Ivey Mintz Jr. of Kinston. An April 20 wedding will be held at First Baptist Church in Morehead City.
