Bob and Karen Foss of Kinston announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Janae Barteaux, to Corey Lee Barrow, also of Kinston, son of Bill “Booboo” and Patti Barrow, and Tammy and David Mooring, all of Snow Hill. A May 4 wedding will be held at Cutter Creek Country Club in Snow Hill.
