Chris and Lori Kelly of Seven Springs announce the engagement of their daughter, Jesica Danielle Kelly, to Aaron Blake Blizzard, son of Nelson and Lynn Blizzard of Deep Run. A Sept. 12, 2015, wedding will be held at Smith’s New Home OFWB Church in Deep Run.
