Larry and Debbie Baker of Sims announce the engagement of their daughter, Becky Louise Baker, to Tyler Mackenzie Carter of Snow Hill, son of Sara Beaman Johnson of Snow Hill and Walter and Sandra Carter of Cedar Point. A June 6, 2015, wedding is planned at Willow Springs Country Club in Wilson.
