Carol Clark Bryant of Kinston announces the engagement of her daughter, Nikita Clark, to Shedrick L. Blackwell, both of Raleigh, son of Jasper and Emma Blackwell of Kinston. A Sept. 13, 2014, wedding will be held at the Community Council for the Arts.
