Joe and Susan Hairr of Kinston announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Ann Hairr, to Thomas Washington Rogers IV, also of Kinston, son of Thomas Washington Rogers III of Kinston, and Jerry and Dawn Sutton of Greenville. An Oct. 19 wedding will be held in Emerald Isle.
