Mrs. Janet Rinehart of Saluda, S.C., announces the engagement of her daughter, Candice Renee Rinehart, to Joshua Wayne Barwick, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Barwick of Kinston, and Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Mallard of Terrell. A Nov. 9 wedding will be held at Nazareth United Methodist Church in Leesville, S.C. The bride-to-be is also the daughter of the late George Rinehart.
