Sandra Tucker of Kinston and James Burkette of Snow Hill announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Kay Burkette of Kinston, to Brandon Corey Styron of Davis, son of Wendy Hill of Biloxi, Miss., and John E. Styron of Norfolk, Va. A Sept. 21 wedding will be held in Snow Hill.
