Dr. and Mrs. Carl Lewis Haynes Jr. of Kinston announce the engagement of their daughter, Hillary Carol Haynes, to Joseph Benjamin Rudolph, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Ralph Rudolph of Wilson. A September wedding is planned at Sandy Bottom Baptist Church in Kinston.
