Steven James Kanter and Andrea Harlton Morelli, both of Plymouth, Mass., announce their engagement. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Robert James Harlton of Lafayette, La., and the late Sandra Records. The groom-to-be is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Hirsch Kanter of Kinston. A July 2014 wedding is planned in Kinston.
