Mr. and Mrs. William Earl Williams of Deep Run announce the engagement of their daughter, Belinda Meyer, to James William Speight Jr. of Kenly, son of the late Barbara Davis, who lived in Middlesex. A June 29 wedding will be held at the Middlesex Free Will Baptist Children Home.
