Albert E. Pridgen and Tina L. Pridgen of Kinston announce the engagement of their daughter, Shanice Valentina Pridgen of Raleigh, to Alvin Gregory Davis, also of Raleigh, son of Alvin Davis of Kinston and the late Evangeline Davis. A June 29 wedding will be held at First Missionary Baptist Church in Kinston.
