Jerome Ted Stubbs of Fayetteville and Gloria Ann Fisher of Kinston announce the engagement of their daughter, Shalanda Renee Stubbs of Kinston, to Less Williams of La Grange, son of Ronnie Lavell Sutton, John Earl Wooten, and Della Debrise Wooten, all of Kinston.
