Randy and Earline Shingleton of Snow Hill announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Ann Shingleton, to Jeremy Lathan Lane, both of Kinston, son of the late Susan D. Lane, who lived in Greenville. An April 13 wedding will be held at Fort Macon in Atlantic Beach.
