Susan Smart Wingate of Winterville announces the engagement of her daughter, Laura Ellen Stafford of La Grange, to Coty Bryan Stroud of Kinston, son of Bryan and Lori Stroud of Trenton. The bride to be is also the daughter of the late John B. Stafford III. An April 11, 2015, wedding will be held in Beulaville.
