Horace Grady and Linda Morgan announce the engagement of their daughter, LaSonia Morgan to Emillio Waters, both of Huntersville, son of Jennifer Waters. The future groom is the grandson of Alberta Waters and the late Luby Waters of Kinston. An April 25 wedding is planned in Raleigh.
