Bonnie and Gary Schroeder of Emerald Isle announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacey Niblette Schroeder to Brandon Lee Rouse, son of Cheryl and John Rouse of Kinston. A Sept. 6, 2014, wedding will be held at Swansboro United Methodist Church.
