William and Lisa Cruse of La Grange and Kenny and Sheri Taylor of Kinston announce the engagement of their daughter, Danielle June Cruse, to Samuel Perry Hernandez, both of Seven Springs, son of the late Melissa Ann Jones of Kinston and the late Samuel Tovar Hernandez of Goldsboro. He is the grandson of Shearon and Bobby Garcia of Kinston. A Sept. 27, 2014, wedding will be held in Kinston.
