Mr. and Mrs. Derrick E. Blount Sr. of Kinston announce the engagement of their daughter, Ebony S. Blount of Greensboro, to Derrick Antwan Brown, also of Greensboro, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest L. Brown of Walstonberg. A June 7, 2014, wedding will be held at Jumping Run Church in La Grange.
