Leslie Jones of Kinston announces the engagement of her daughter, Ashley Nicole Manning, to Joseph Franklin Andrews, son of Franklin and Emily Andrews of Trenton. The bride-to-be is also the daughter of Dexter Manning of Newport, and Marty Jones of Kinston. An April 27 wedding will be held at First Baptist Church in Wallace.
