Mr. and Mrs. Climent C. Mills of Kinston announce the engagement of their daughter, Carlena Mills, to Kevin Davis, both of Laurel, Md., son of Mrs. Ruby Davis of Margate, Fla. and the late Ivanhoe Davis. A Dec. 31, 2013, wedding will be held at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve in Hanover, Md.
